Investment company Direct Invest Group was established in 2009. The company invests in commercial real estate in Estonia and Latvia. Our portfolio today includes shopping centers, office buildings, and also development projects. Currently, the investment portfolio of the company includes a number of retail and office buildings and other properties under development. Our Navigator building was the first in the Baltic States to receive a LEED Gold certificate.As of today, the volume of our investments is approaching 100 million euros, and about 100 tenants use our services.
